This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on TenderMatch, owned and operated by Shomaan Production Private Limited.
Every new account starts with a free trial. No charge is made until you choose a paid plan, so you can evaluate the Service risk-free.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of a new subscription payment for a full refund of that payment.
Renewal charges are not automatically refundable after the refund window. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Email your registered account address with the payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom, enterprise or API plans may have separate refund terms stated in their agreement.
