By creating an account or using TenderMatch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service aggregates publicly available tender notices and provides matching, eligibility checks and alerts to help you evaluate opportunities. It does not submit bids on your behalf.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the company profile and documents you provide, and for keeping your login secure. Eligibility verdicts are decision-support only; you remain responsible for verifying criteria against the original tender documents before bidding.
You may not resell, scrape or redistribute Service data except under a written API or reseller agreement. Automated access is permitted only through the official API with a valid key.
Tender data is sourced from third-party government portals and may contain errors or omissions. The Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for bidding decisions, missed deadlines or losses arising from reliance on the Service.
Paid plans renew per the billing cycle selected. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
